The complex was founded almost one century ago, respecting the traditions of Manca’s Family. The true vocation, which major activities were related to the transformation of the land and paying of attention to the environment.

The manor villa with swimming pool
The present building is the result of a careful restoration of existing many centuries ago antique farmhouse, whose architectural simplicity was maintained.
The villa is surrounded by the 12 hectares of the olive groves, has a large and beautiful colonnade and comfortable veranda, allowing you to relax in a quiet countryside with private and exclusive use of the swimming pool with a high level of privacy.
The building is located on two floors with all necessary devices and things for the exclusive comfort of our guests: well organized kitchen, three double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two living rooms, two bathrooms, terrace and a large veranda, that allows you to enjoy the magnificent surrounding of the countryside.

The ‘Pinnettu’ is an antique house that has been constructed many centuries ago with stone and reeds and has a direct link with the countryside culture of Sardinia. These ancient building could be counted as main inspiration for architects of restaurant ‘Le Pinnette’ of the Monte Sixeri’s Farm.
If outside the building took it’s history from the Sardinia’s land, meanwhile, inside it surprises with ability to create a cozy atmosphere.
