Our country restaurant Le Pinnette is open for lunch upon reservation.

It is also possible to organize weddings, parties and private events, please contact us.

Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available on specific request at the time of booking.

Our Menù del Territorio consists of dishes that vary based on the availability and seasonality of local ingredients, the cost is €45.00 per person (wine is not included).

Winter opening hours:

Saturday and Sunday 13.00-15.00

We will be closed for scheduled maintenance from January 7th to 31st.

The ‘Pinneddu’ is an antique building made with stones and reeds that has been constructed many centuries ago, and has a direct bond with the countryside culture of Sardinia. These ancient buildings have inspired the architects who created the restaurant Le Pinnette inside the farm of Monte Sixeri.If outside the building took its history from the land of Sardinia, meanwhile, inside it surprises creating a cozy atmosphere. The solid elegance of the architectural solutions and the typical furnishings create together a never false setting with pleasant inserts of modernity.Our gastronomic offer is based on the food made both in our farm and in other selected local farms. We are ready to offer a wide specter of products: from the vegetables to pork, wild boar and sheep meet, salami, cheese creams, the seadas, until the condiments.
First among everything the extra virgin olive oil of San Giuliano, produced by the Manca Family since 1916.
The quality and authenticity are the heart of the Pinnette’s cuisine, where the dishes of the Sardinian agro-pastoral tradition and of countryside of Alghero are set, paying a particular attention to the preservation of the taste, but also to their digestibility and lightness.

Our menu and dishes are the result of our farm’s men and women work: vegetables, meats, salami, cheese creams, jams, sweets, and of course, the extra virgin olive oil San Giuliano.
The authentic treasures and quality from which it becomes easy for us to draw inspiration to introduce the dishes of our agro-pastoral and countryside tradition, conserving taste and lightness.

The menu of the ‘Le Pinnette’ Restaurant that we are offering for you is the menu of traditions.
There is a perfect balance of flavors in each dish: even in the choice of the smallest basil or mint leaflet.
It is all about the freshness and quality of the ingredients, which are grown in an ecological, organic and sustainable way.
In the menu you will find our typical meats: pork and wild boars, rabbits, mutton and lambs offered roasted or with exquisite sauces and our salami. We also offer delicious ricotta and cream cheeses, and our famous ‘ruspanti’ eggs.
It is a menu that relies heavily on the local products of the land: freshly harvested herbs, olives, vegetables in oil and jams – all to enjoy with its natural simplicity.
