The ‘Pinnettu’ is an antique building made with stones and reeds that has been constructed many centuries ago, and has a direct bond with the countryside culture of Sardinia. These ancient buildings have inspired the architects who created the restaurant Le Pinnette inside the farm of Monte Sixeri.If outside the building took its history from the land of Sardinia, meanwhile, inside it surprises creating a cozy atmosphere. The solid elegance of the architectural solutions and the typical furnishings create together a never false setting with pleasant inserts of modernity.Our gastronomic offer is based on the food made both in our farm and in other selected local farms. We are ready to offer a wide specter of products: from the vegetables to pork, wild boar and sheep meet, salami, cheese creams, the seadas, until the condiments.
